No. It's made for dry shaving, so skip the shaving cream. Hold it flat against your skin and glide it up and down.

A full charge takes about 110 minutes over USB-C and gives you around 60 minutes of shaving. The light flashes while charging, turns solid white when full, and flashes when the battery is low.

With the shaver off, press and hold the power button for three seconds to lock it, so it won't switch on in your bag. Hold for three seconds again to unlock.

Turn it off and pull up the blade head. Brush out the hair, rinse the head and shaver under running water, then dry with a cloth and let it air dry before reattaching. It's IPX6 waterproof, so the tap is fine.

Give it 2 to 3 weeks if you're coming from a manual razor. Some minor irritation at the start is normal while your skin gets used to it.
