We keep our returns simple. If you are not satisfied with your Nateskin product, you may request a return within 30 days of your order date, subject to the terms below.
You have 30 days from the order date to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the order date
- The product must be securely packaged in its original box, or in packaging that provides equal protection
- All original accessories and attachments must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
For orders between Malaysia and Singapore, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees related to returns.Β
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nateskin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If a returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, Nateskin reserves the right to adjust or reject the refund.
Returns will only be accepted if approved in advance by Nateskin.
Non Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened:
- Scrubbers
- Bamboo Boxer Briefs
- Any personal care item that has been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Vouchers and Store Credits
Gift cards, promotional vouchers, store credits, and cashback credits are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bundles and Promotions
If an item purchased as part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the item retained.
Refunds are issued based on the amount paid at checkout. Discount codes and promotional pricing will not be recalculated at full retail value.
Free gifts received with purchase must be returned. If not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Delays
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays. Estimated delivery timelines are listed in our Shipping Policy.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days from the order date, please contact support@nateskin.comΒ so we can track the shipment.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We will request photos and videos to assess the issue. Once verified, Nateskin will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Abuse Prevention
Nateskin reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, excessive returns, or policy exploitation.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed with your payment provider, refund eligibility will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are processed in accordance with our internal finance processing schedule. Please allow up to 7β14 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be issued. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. In certain circumstances, Nateskin may issue store credit at its discretion.
Please also allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

All returns must be reviewed and approved by Nateskin before being shipped back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
