All Nateskin products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Customers may optionally purchase a 2 Year Extended Warranty at checkout, extending total coverage to 3 years.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Nateskin in Malaysia and Singapore.
1. What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Nateskin will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit
A maximum of one full unit replacement is allowed per product.Β After a replacement has been issued, warranty coverage terminates.
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Consumable and Wear Components
- Blades
- Foils
- Cutting heads
- Attachments
- Cosmetic parts
- Normal battery performance degradation
Blades are consumable components and are recommended for replacement every 3β6 months depending on usage.
Damage Caused By
- Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
- Chemical exposure or improper cleaning
- Storage in damp conditions leading to corrosion
- Accidental damage or impact
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Natural disasters including flood, lightning, fire, or earthquake
- Theft or loss
3. Waterproof Use
Products rated IPX7 may be rinsed under running water and briefly submerged for cleaning.
Products rated IPX5 are splash resistant and should not be submerged.
Improper use outside stated water resistance ratings voids warranty coverage.
4. Battery
Battery degradation over time is considered normal wear and tear.
Battery failure within the first 6 months may qualify for warranty review.
5. Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, you must first email support@nateskin.comΒ with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photo or video of the issue
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product in its original box, or in packaging that provides an equal level of protection, and for including all original accessories and attachments when shipping the product back to Nateskin.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Nateskin. Nateskin is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
If the claim is approved, the repaired or replacement unit will be shipped after Nateskin has received and inspected the returned product. Nateskin will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
