Official Terms & Conditions
1. ORGANISER
This campaign ("Ball Season Spend & Win Giveaway" or "Campaign") is organised by Ecom Ground Sdn Bhd (202201016320), trading as Nateskin ("Nateskin" or "Organiser"). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), which form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organiser. Nateskin reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any of these T&C at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Campaign runs from 21st May 2026 to 11th June 2026 ("Campaign Period"). Any purchases or entries made outside of the Campaign Period will not be eligible for entry. The grand prize draw will be conducted on 13th July 2026, thirty-two (32) days after the Campaign Period ends.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Campaign is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents who hold a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) and are aged 18 years old and above at the time of entry.
3.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

Employees of Ecom Ground Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children)

Employees of Nateskin's subsidiaries, related companies, and appointed agencies

Any person directly involved in the administration or management of this Campaign
3.3 Tourists and non-Malaysian residents are not eligible to participate regardless of where the purchase was made.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 There are two ways to participate in this Campaign:
Method 1 — Purchase Entry: Make a purchase of any Nateskin product during the Campaign Period either via nateskin.com.my or at any Nateskin booth or kiosk outlet. A valid email address must be provided at the point of purchase for entries to be registered. Without a registered email address, entries will not be counted.
Method 2 — Non-Purchase Entry: Participants who have not made a purchase may still earn entries by following Nateskin's official Instagram account (@nateskin) and/or signing up to the Nateskin email list via the sign-up form at nateskin.com.my. Non-purchase entries via email sign-up are available through the website only and are not available at Nateskin booths or kiosks.
4.2 For online purchases via nateskin.com.my, entries will be automatically registered against the email address used at checkout.
4.3 For purchases at Nateskin booths and kiosks, the sales team will capture the participant's email address at the point of sale and register it into the system. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is provided accurately. Nateskin is not responsible for entries that cannot be registered due to an incorrect or illegible email address provided by the participant.
4.4 By providing their email address, participants consent to receiving campaign-related communications from Nateskin.
5. ENTRY MECHANICS
5.1 Every RM1 spent on any Nateskin product during the Campaign Period = 1 entry into the Campaign draw. Entry count is calculated based on the net purchase amount including any discount applied, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
5.2 Every Ball Season Bundle purchase earns double entries. For example, a Ball Season Bundle purchased at RM375 earns 750 entries instead of 375.
5.3 Participants who follow Nateskin's official Instagram account (@nateskin) for the first time during the Campaign Period will receive 10 bonus entries. This bonus applies to new followers only. Participants who were already following @nateskin prior to 21st May 2026 are not entitled to this bonus.
5.4 Participants who sign up to the Nateskin email list during the Campaign Period via nateskin.com.my will receive 10 bonus entries. This bonus is applicable once per participant regardless of whether a purchase was made.
5.5 Participants who were already subscribed to the Nateskin email list prior to the Campaign Period are entitled to 10 bonus entries. This bonus will be applied automatically and does not require any action from the participant.
5.6 Bonus entries from Instagram follow and email sign-up are stackable. A participant who completes both actions is entitled to a maximum of 20 bonus entries from these actions.
5.7 There is no limit on the number of purchase entries a participant may accumulate during the Campaign Period.
6. WEEKLY DRAWS
6.1 Three weekly draws will be conducted during the Campaign Period on the following schedule:

Week 1 draw: end of Week 1 (on or around 29th May 2026) — x5 body care bundles

Week 2 draw: end of Week 2 (on or around 5th June 2026) — x6 Bamboo Boxer Briefs (pack of 3)

Week 3 draw: end of Week 3 (on or around 12th June 2026) — x3 Bush Trimmer 3.0
6.2 Each weekly draw is open to all entries accumulated from the start of the Campaign Period up to and including the draw date for that week.
6.3 Winners of each weekly draw will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online randomiser tool conducted live on Nateskin's official Instagram account for transparency.
6.4 Only the single drawn entry wins the weekly prize. All remaining entries belonging to the winner stay in the pool and remain eligible for subsequent weekly draws and the grand prize draw.
6.5 A participant may win more than one weekly prize during the Campaign Period provided their entries are drawn on separate occasions.
6.6 Weekly prize winners will be announced exclusively on Nateskin's official Instagram account (@nateskin). It is the participant's sole responsibility to follow @nateskin on Instagram and monitor winner announcements throughout the Campaign Period. Nateskin will not be individually notifying winners via email, direct message, or any other channel.
6.7 Upon seeing the winner announcement on Nateskin's official Instagram account, winners must initiate contact by sending a DM to @nateskin within 3 days to claim their prize. Failure to initiate contact within 3 days will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
6.8 Weekly prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. GRAND PRIZE DRAW
7.1 The grand prize draw will be conducted on 13th July 2026, thirty-two (32) days after the Campaign Period ends on 11th June 2026.
7.2 The grand prize consists of 5 signed jerseys from the following footballers:

-
Son Heung-min

Lamine Yamal
7.3 There will be 5 grand prize winners. Each winner is entitled to 1 signed jersey of their choice. Jersey selection operates on a first come first served basis — winners must DM Nateskin on Instagram to state their preferred jersey, and selection priority is determined by the order in which those messages are received.
7.4 The grand prize draw is open to all entries accumulated throughout the entire Campaign Period from 21st May 2026 to 11th June 2026, including entries belonging to previous weekly prize winners.
7.5 Grand prize winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online randomiser tool conducted live on Nateskin's official Instagram account for transparency.
7.6 Grand prize winners will be announced exclusively on Nateskin's official Instagram account (@nateskin). It is the participant's sole responsibility to follow @nateskin on Instagram and monitor the grand prize winner announcement. Nateskin will not be individually notifying winners via email, direct message, or any other channel.
7.7 Upon seeing the winner announcement on Nateskin's official Instagram account, winners must initiate contact by sending a DM to @nateskin within 3 days to claim their prize and state their preferred jersey. Failure to initiate contact within 3 days will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being drawn.
7.8 Nateskin reserves the right to conduct verification checks on weekly prize winners prior to prize release. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of ownership of the contact details used to enter the Campaign. Failure to pass any verification check will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being drawn.
7.9 All grand prizes must be collected in person at Nateskin's 1 Utama outlet. Nateskin will coordinate collection details with the winner upon confirmation. Prizes not collected within 30 days of winner notification will be forfeited.
7.10 Grand prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. PURCHASE RETURNS
8.1 If a participant returns a product purchased during the Campaign Period, all entries associated with that purchase will be voided and removed from the entry pool immediately upon the return being processed.
8.2 If a participant whose entries have been voided due to a return has already won a weekly prize, Nateskin reserves the right to reclaim the prize or its equivalent cash value.
9. DISQUALIFICATION
9.1 Nateskin reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on its own judgement, to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during the Campaign

Uses fake, duplicate, or disposable email addresses to accumulate additional bonus entries

Engages in any fraudulent activity, manipulation of entries, or any other dishonest means to gain an unfair advantage

Takes any action that Nateskin, at its sole discretion, deems to constitute an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other participants, regardless of whether such action is explicitly listed in these T&C

Fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 3
9.2 Nateskin reserves the right to remove any email addresses it deems to be fake, duplicated, or deliberately created to gain additional entries. Nateskin's decision on the validity of any entry is final, conclusive, and not subject to any appeal or correspondence.
9.3 Any prizes awarded to a disqualified participant will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
10. PRIVACY
10.1 By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to Nateskin collecting, storing, and using their personal data including name, email address, and Instagram handle for the purposes of administering this Campaign and conducting winner announcements on Nateskin's official social media channels.
10.2 Participant data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
10.3 Nateskin will not sell or share participant data with third parties for commercial purposes outside of this Campaign.
11. GENERAL
11.1 Nateskin's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign including eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, and prize allocation is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
11.2 Nateskin reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Campaign at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
11.3 Nateskin shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Campaign or from the receipt or use of any prize.
11.4 These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11.5 This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Any questions or complaints regarding this Campaign should be directed to Nateskin and not to any social media platform.
